Search
tips:
Use quotation marks to
find specific phrases.
While "Jim Jones"
will find all instances of Jim Jones, simply putting in the name
without the quotation marks will come back with all instances of
Jim AND Jones. Same, for example, with Medicine Hat
Superiors. With no quotation marks the search engine will
look for instances of all three words and you might end up with
references to somebody's nice hat, or someone taking their
medicine!
Also, the plus (+) sign is
useful to zero in on a specific target. If you wanted to
find all notations of no-hitters you could use the quotation
marks (if you knew I had spelled it with a hyphen) or you could
use the plus sign in front of each of the words. +no+hitter
(no spaces between the plus sign and the word).
Note : My apology -- seems Atomz, which provides our search
function, has had to incorporate some advertising to help offset costs.
Thus, you'll be seeing some ads associated with the search results.
The ads are delivered by Google, an Atomz partner, not JDM's.
