(June 07) Qu'Appelle topped Regina 12 to 10 Saturday in a game described in the local paper as one of the best, if not the best, ever played in Regina.

(July 09) Monday, the "boys from the barracks" - the North West Mounted Police - took on the Regina town team in a five inning affair and came away with an 8 to 5 victory. Smith's fielding in the left pasture was a highlight of the game.

(July 30) The Glasgow House and the Smith & Ferguson Co. teams went to battle Tuesday for the Regina commercial championship and the "Black Cats" came away with an 8-7 triumph over the "Sherwin Williams paints".

(August 08) Bert Orr of Regina and Walker of the North West Mounted Police put on a pitching clinic Friday as town team beat the police squad 2-0 behind Orr's no-hitter. The right-hander struck out 21 and allowed just three base runners, two on walks and another who was hit by a pitch. Walker allowed just four hits and two walks while fanning 18. Cox knocked in both runs for Regina, one in the first and the other in the third. Orr had been imported from the Virden nine as was catcher Jersey Crew.

(August 09) The North West Mounted Police notched three runs in the first inning and cruised to an 8 to 3 victory over Lumsden Saturday in a game played at Regina. Walker pitched six-hit ball for the mound win. The winners had 11 safeties.
