MANITOBA

Brandon had a three-team City League in 1905 in which the Maroons and C.P.R. dominated. In the end, the Maroons defeated the Railroaders for the city laurels.

A team from St. Boniface was admitted to the Winnipeg City Baseball League in 1905, bringing the number of entries to five. In mid-July, however, the Shamrocks disbanded and the league reverted once more to four clubs. The Young Liberals led the circuit for most of the campaign and, when play ceased in mid-August without any playoffs, were more-or-less declared as de facto winners.
