Leo Holden, star hurler of the Slingers of the senior amateur league. He was born at Winnipeg, the son of Barney Holden, old-time hockey professional. He's been in Victoria for nearly five years, coming from Vancouver. His brother Larry was of the Firemen's baseball squad in the Vancouver League.
