Lethbridge Warriors celebrate what they think is a first-place finish. They downed Medicine Hat 6-5 in the wrap up to the regular season to finished a few percentage points ahead of the Superiors. However, a few hours later, league officials handed the pennant to Medicine Hat on the basis on more victories.
