(May 11)  In spite of holding a 12 to 8 margin in safe blows, Creston dropped their International League opener, falling 13 – 8 to Bonner’s Ferry ID.  The Bonner’s Brigade came on strong in the eighth and ninth innings when they plated five and three runs respectively to take control of the game.

(May 25)  The Sandpoint ID Eagles recorded their second victory of the season over Creston when they blanked the British Columbians 2 – 0. Allen, the hurling ace of the Eagles, garnered the mound verdict over Creston’s Fortin in a masterly pitching duel.  Although the winners annexed just four hits, they bunched three of them in succession in the third frame when they plated both their tallies.

(June 1)  Displaying their best form of the season, Creston played Troy MT to a 2 – 2 tie. Rain prevented any extra innings from being played. The East Kootenay aggregation led in base raps, 7 – 6.

(August 10)  In an exhibition contest Sunday the Natal and Michel Champs crushed the Columbia Falls, Montana, nine 14 to 2.
